Inspection & Quality Assurance
Quality isn’t just something we check at the end — it’s built into every stage of our assembly process. Our inspection capabilities are designed to ensure consistency, traceability, and confidence in every board we deliver. From automated optical inspection to hands-on visual checks, we combine advanced tools with trained eyes to meet industry and customer standards.
Automated Optical Inspection (AOI)
Our AOI systems provide high-speed, high-accuracy inspection for surface mount assemblies, detecting issues that may not be immediately visible to the human eye. With support for small components down to 01005, our inspection process ensures fine-pitch devices are placed and soldered correctly.

Visual Inspection
In addition to automated systems, we perform multi-level visual inspections using electronic microscopes and magnification tools. This allows our trained inspectors to verify complex or hard-to-see features and to catch issues that benefit from human judgment.

Testing & Final Verification
When test fixtures or programming are provided, we also offer final inspection and full functional testing services to verify functionality. This includes power-on tests, basic diagnostics, and visual verification of operation indicators.

Our entire SMT process is fully RoHS compliant, supporting both no-clean and standard flux chemistries depending on your product needs. We implement rigorous in-line monitoring and quality checks throughout the assembly process to maintain high yield rates and deliver boards that meet or exceed industry standards.
